These SMS Program Terms apply to the Pho Lang Thang text-message program. This page does not enroll anyone in text messages.

Guest-service messages

Guests who separately choose guest-service texts may receive non-marketing messages from Pho Lang Thang about their feedback, visit, and service follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Marketing messages

Guests who separately choose marketing texts may receive recurring automated messages about return-visit offers and invitations to leave an honest review. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

Consent is not required to make a purchase. Guests may opt out by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP or emailing info@pholangthang.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility and privacy

The SMS program is intended for people who are at least 18 years old or who have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle contact details, consent records, and text-message data.

Separate restaurant program

A Pho Lang Thang opt-in applies only to Pho Lang Thang. It does not create consent for another Lang Thang Group restaurant.
