Paige leads the pastry side of PLT Bakery, bringing technique, curiosity, and a playful point of view to every bake. Before joining the PLT team, she served as both Sous Chef and Pastry Chef at Aperture, the acclaimed Cincinnati restaurant.
A team trip to Atlanta helped spark ideas for the program. Back in Cincinnati, Paige continues to shape the bakery through tasting, testing, and revisiting ideas. Her work moves between nostalgic Vietnamese and Southeast Asian flavors, contemporary bakery culture, and desserts that simply feel joyful to eat.
