This Privacy Notice explains how Pho Lang Thang handles private guest feedback, contact details, and its text-message program. This page does not enroll anyone in text messages.
Information we collect
A guest may share a visit rating, comments, optional visit details, name, mobile number, or email address. If a guest chooses a text option, we also record the consent choice, date and time, form and policy versions, and later opt-out status.
How it is used
We use this information to review feedback, respond when requested, resolve guest-service concerns, send text messages the guest chose, honor opt-outs, prevent abuse, and maintain program security and compliance records.
Service providers and sharing
We may use service providers that help us operate the feedback, restaurant, and messaging systems. HighLevel / LeadConnector helps deliver and manage text messages. We do not sell mobile contact information. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies and tracking
Our website and service providers may use essential cookies, security logs, and limited analytics to operate the site, prevent abuse, and understand page performance. We do not use mobile opt-in information or consent for advertising tracking.
Retention and security
We keep feedback and optional contact details for 24 months after submission, then delete or irreversibly de-identify them. Consent, opt-out, security, and audit records may be kept longer when needed to document choices, protect the program, or meet legal obligations. We use access controls and encryption to limit access to guest information.
