Information used for text messages

If a guest later chooses to opt in through an approved Pho Lang Thang form, the restaurant may use the submitted mobile number, consent record, consent date and time, policy version, and opt-out status to operate that program.

How it is used

The information is used only to send requested restaurant marketing messages, record consent, honor opt-outs, handle help requests, and maintain program security and compliance records.

Your choices

Guests may opt out by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP. The applicable service providers, retention practices, contact method, and effective date are provided with the text-message program.
